We match the offer, buy the home, close the deal with the outside buyer and the employee is free to move to the new location. • Buyer Value Option
  This cost-conscious program eliminates the cost of appraisals and the up front guaranteed offer. Instead, the employee and RARS markets the home until an outside buyer is found. Marketing Assistance

Non-Sponsored Relocation Assistance
This program is a no-cost alternative for employees undertaking a relocation that is not covered by their employer. RARS provides counseling, real estate and mortgage assistance, mortgage pre-qualification and pre-approval assistance.
